This product did not work at all in Ireland - it was the wrong plug and wouldn't even work with a converter. I opened one so couldn't return it. I tried to return the unopened one; however, I had bought it before my trip so it was too late to return it. I was very frustrated and ended up spending a lot of money in Ireland to find something that worked. Please don't advertise that this works in Southern Ireland - it may work in Norther Ireland; I don't know. I now have several to either use in the future or "sell" at a great loss. MAKE SURE TO CHECK WITH THE HOTELS THAT YOU TRAVEL TO! I went on a Tour. The Tour Guide was not at all helpful either!
