I had to return two units, missing parts, looked like they were used before. Sent back, for a refund on both. Poor quality control, should never have been sent with missing items.Charging phones and running CPAP during power outageAs with many of the older reviews, this unit has no where near 150 WH. I purchased this unit to charge batteries for an electric chainsaw while on a couple of week trip. The short of it is, I was able to a 4 WH battery from 0 to 100%, leaving only 15% in the portable power bank. I expected a fair amount of loss, but at this rate the unit is completely useless for its intended purpose.Product was received with damage. Box shows signs of an impact/puncture.Update 5/16/22: The company was quick to reposed to my post and offered to send a replacement. The new one arrived undamaged and is good working condition. I am very impressed with the customer support and the quick repose to resolve the product garage issue.I unboxed and noticed that it must have been opened prior since the cords were loose in the box- not like a new product. I charged it to 100% and tried 4 items that were WELL below the maximum wattage. One item was a 6 watt and the other a 30 watt. Neither worked. I was too afraid to try plugging my laptop in since it shut down the two other devices after about 1 minute. I also noticed that the power runs down so very fast even if nothing is plugged into it. I went from 96% to 90% by turning on the lamp for 30 seconds. This could not possibly charge a laptop and have juice to spare. I've ordered a few things from Amazon this week and have been disappointed 2 out of 3 so far. Going to return all of this stuff. Wow- Amazon- not what they use to be.this little power station is great for camping, I am able to charge my laptop and phone easily, and it powers up from solar or from plugging into my car while driving (it takes a while, but it works). I really like this power station and definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a little extra power while they travelThis is a very durable and well built product. I dropped it while I was taking it out of the box and I thought I broke it, but nope it’s fine. The all metal construction is amazing. The only plastic part is the front. I like the backup flash light and the power indicator so you know how charged it is. I tried it with my iPhone and MacBook and it worked great. I’m excited to use it when I go camping in a few weeks and if we have any power outages over the summer in NYC. It should come in handy. I like that it includes a iPhone charging cable out of the box.
