Razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blade slices 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thicknesses, and locks closed for safe storage. Integrated non-slip foot folds out to securely raise Nocutu and allow for more food slices to stack underneath without jamming. Flexible finger guard snaps on and doubles as a blade cover for safe and slimline storage.
