We couldn't be happier. Does it "pop up?" Not really. You press down on it, to disengage it, and then you lift it up from the outer ring. But this thing is heavy duty. Thanks!the pop up is not easy to pop up.... should be hydraulic but its not. they're also too big. not many options out there, but this is certainly not the best choice.Product is exactly as ordered.
