What results is their most intensely flavorful citrus shrub with the highest content of delicious citrus essential oils (definitely give this shrub a shake before using). You can use this shrub in place of Roses' Lime Juice in classic cocktail recipe.
To make a shrub soda, mix 1 part shrub to 5-6 parts sparkling water.
